Missionary Outreach to Catholics was established in 1987 by Tom Craggs, Jr., with ministry outreach extending throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The mission has two primary objectives: sharing the Biblical Gospel with Roman Catholics that they may be delivered from the darkness of ritualistic religion to the brightness of Christ and to explain Catholicism to Bible-believing Christians to disciple and equip them with the knowledge to effectively defend the faith (Jude 3), that they may always be ready to give Catholics an answer for the hope that is within them (1 Peter 3:15).
